The new pipes are loud but not as harsh sounding as the debaffled stockers. Personally loud pipes are not my thing and I have never seen a reason to replace a perfectly good OEM exhaust system. BUT it is your bike and your choice so have at er.

the debaffled pipes well they just did not sound quite right, these sound pretty good, i think the stock pipes debaffled were a little louder, as soon as you gave it throttle they got pretty loud, at least with these you can control how loud they get if your easy on it.
