Hi,............I am Ray. I have an 05' GZ250 that I bought new in April, 06. It was a left over from the year before. I started riding it back and forth to work and started saving real money on gas. I like this bike better than any bike I have ever owned. It starts real easy, is great on gas and is a real smooth ride. I bought the sissy bar for mine and a wind screen. I am slightly over 200 and the bike with me on it will do about 73 mph on nice level ground. I generally cruise about 60 to 65 and its a real pleasure to ride........Ray

Welcome to the forum Ray. I had an 05 GZ as well, put 12,000 miles on it last year, great bike! It was fun to ride, easy to ride and low in maintenance cost plus it looks like a much "bigger" bike than the 250 cc displacement. Hope you enjoy this forum, it's the best bike forum on the net as far as I'm concerned!
