I am a misplaced Texan from Houston currently serving time in central Arkansas. :)

There are not many accessories (near none) made just for the GeeZee.

There are a couple (or at least used to be) of cycle salvage yards if you are looking for
used parts like saddle bag guards. Just check google or phone book.

Trader's Village on the Northwest side used to have a couple "flea market" biker shops.

On the Southeast side (Stinkidina) there is a good shop on 45 frontage road near beltway 8.

On the Southwest side there are several shops on both frontage roads off the Southwest freeway between Bellaire and Highway 6.

Your best deals however are on the internet.
