I thought I would stop in and say HOWDY to Ya'll from out west of tha Metroplex. I have found this forum to be a great help and very informative. I have been riding 30 years + but is has been all Harley's & I haven't had a lick of import MC experience at all. My wife has picked up a 06 GZ250 that is identical (even tha same color) to the one she tested on last month in FW, so I thought I better get smart about this bike to help her out. Funny how a lot of tha details concerning Motorcycling & MTC transcend tha Brands-Foreign & Domestic-Old ones & New ones. One thing is certain, eventually, you gotta deal with an issue with your bike on the side of the road, so what better place than to read up & get to know tha ins & outs of your GZ on this forum. I will get off my soapbox now, and thanks again for the great GZ info resource.

Your wife could not have picked a better first bike. Welcome to the forum BTW.

Whydya think it was necessary to blank out the licence plate on the photo of that big HD? Most of us appreciate the geezer too much to want to steal it!

Welcome B&B. Hope that's not your wife in the side car. :poke2: No wonder you want her on a separate bike.

That side car looks awesome! Does it wreak havoc with the handling? Have you ever dumped the bike with the side car attached?

I'd probably never get one, but they are an interesting accessory.

Alan, they drive like a car and are near (if not entirely) impossible to drop.
