Sorry guys. This is a 2006 gz250 just bought on 1/8/07 used with 400 miles on it. The date on the picture is wrong (blame my wife). I love it.

I really liked the sparkle blue color but I felt that the BLACK was a little more manly.
nice ride

I really didnt care what color it was, just so long as I can ride. It took me nearly 9 years to convince my wife to allow me to buy one without the threat of 'bring home the lawyer' when you bring home the bike.
It was the only one the dealer had when I got her in the yes mood, and I couldnt take a chance on waiting for a different color.

Does that mean that if a female rides a black bike then she is butch? :??:
I liked the metallic light blue so much that when I bought my C50 I got the two tone silver. It was the closest I could get to the GZ color.
You have a nice looking ride that will serve you well with many many fun miles. Congratulations!
I would now like to recommend the motorcycle safety course if you haven't taken it already. If your wife is willing it would be a good idea for her to take it too even if she is not interested in riding. It may dispell some of her concerns as well as make her a better passenger if she intends to ride with you at some time.
Cheers!

Her words: hell will freeze over before she rides a motorcycle. So getting her on one is out of the question. I have had a motorcycle license for 26+ years (whenever Indiana started requiring them), however I have been thinking about taking the safety course to refreshen some skills.

Taking the motorcycle safety course is a good idea. You will recognize your strengths and weaknesses in a somewhat controlled environment.

You're in luck! The present temperature in Hell is 16 degree F. Really, I just checked. They are also presently having a light snow with a chance for additional snow tomorrow.
You can follow the weather reports on www.weather.com (http://www.weather.com) . You will have to type in Pinckney, Michigan since it seems it doesn't give the report directly from Hell. But Pinckney is only about 3 miles away.
Time to saddle up Buckaroos!
