Explain that in a little more detail.
The service manual 'global' post is in every forum. I just checked each forum and the service manual post is right there.

Very likely. Is it a forum error or a browser error? Meaning, is the error formatted in the forum layout?

IT'S IN THE FORUM LAYOUT: IT HAS "INFORMATION" IN THE TOP BAR AND THE REST OF THE MESSAGE IN THE MAIN BODY AREA.
