All of the years are the same. That's what happens when they get the design right the first time. ;)

That's pretty much true.....but my service manual has some blue sections that cover differences in some ranges of year models. I assume they are minor; I haven't looked to see what the actual differences might be.

I think the manual covers the differences in production area like the CA model has a smaller tank, and the EU model might have some weird left-hend throttle assembly and the clutch on your right foot.
What I'm trying to say is - Europeans are weird.

You know, I just noticed today that the throttle/handle assembly (you know, the chunk of plastic that all the switches are on) are the exact opposite of each other. I guess the left-handed European throttle explains it...

Yes, coming from Europe it cost me quite some effort getting used to the US way bike controls are placed. Every time I wanted to use the rear brake, I pulled the clutch instead ! O_o
And the number of times I tried to throttle with my left hand... :??:
Good thing, now I have it more or less down with that weird US-right hand - throttle and foot pedal - brake thing. Although, sometimes when I want to switch gears, my right foot automatically goes onto the "clutch" pedal...

Well I guess it's just what you grew up in. We have our thoughts about Americans. Like long term gratitude for kicking the Germans out in '45. :2tup: And amazement about the "election" :bong: processes... Oh, thanks for the new smileys: :skull:

And amazement about the "election" processes...
It amazes us too...don't worry.
