Guys,
Not sure if it is coincidence or not, but at least a half dozen times during the creation of my "REI" opus under ride reports, the site did a sort of "reset" which had the unfortunate effect of wiping out all of my brilliant repartee. The first time it happened it really torqued me off, because I lost, like, two paragraphs of the funniest shit ever. Then it happened again a few minutes later. So now I regularly am doing Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C to periodically save my witty bits. Anybody else having this problem?
Also, how can I paste a photobucket slideshow right into a post?
-Alan.

There was a Meta Refresh tag in the template that basically hit F5 for you after 5 "idle" minutes.
I removed it...hope that fixes it.

Thanks. You know, you are pretty good at this stuff. Are you a programmer?

Thanks Dupo. Alan, yes, I've been scripting in PHP/MySQL and web interfaces for well over 10 years and other types of application programming long before that. I currently work in network and datacenter engineering for a huge nameless corporate entity.

Not to get off-topic...oh, who am I kidding... To get completely off topic, I manage a small nameless corporate entity that employs a team of programming types (I'm kind of one myself, but my peers do not consider me a "real" programmer.) I shall assume that Large Nameless Inc. is paying you an outstanding amount, you can work from home and have excellent benefits and profit sharing. Anyway, we don't do much PHP/MySql (none, actually.) We're more into .NET and SQL Server with a smattering of ASP. Just FYI.

It seems to be fixed. What about embedding the photobucket slideshow? I tried the MySpace tags and the Code tags. No go on those. Seems like you should be able to do it though. I could do it with an animated gif, but I seem to have lost my animated gif generator when I last upgraded my lappie. :bang
