I think that you ought to make the Location field on the profile form Mandatory* like your user name and E-Mail address. Just My two cents for the day.

This is done now. The Location field is mandatory on all new registrants.

You are a good man charlie brown. I think I was seeing like two or three times a week where Easy Rider and others would tell some new member "put your location on your profile".
