I came up with this design...however I'm not a computer wiz and have no idea how to set it to the specifications you announced here....sorry!
But I'll paste it here for everyone to look at and judge....

I like your design. It will look good on a black t-shirt. (my favorite) and it won't infringe on Suzuki's copyrighted logo. So.... you got my vote. Maybe you should put up a poll for the members to vote on once you get a few. Perhaps you could incorporate a black Iron Cross in the center of the zero for bad ass biker grins.

Oh yeah, I'll take two in size 3X.

I'm not sure which thread to put these in, so I'll drop them here.

Here is a simple design that I whipped up. These are a vector-based format (using Flash) so they are fully scalable and separable if needed. The silhouette is complete in an outlined vector graphic as well.

I like that alot, Patrick.

Maybe, if we can't use it on the shirts and gear and we can put it as the website logo.

I think it's the best one yet.

I can definetly incorporate that into a design on a shirt. IF you can do the background color transparent, that would be great (and saved in .png format). Or i can give it a try in PSPro

I PMd you the png files. If you like I can give you the original FLA vector format, or the Illustrator .AI file. They are fully scalable to whatever size you need, and like I said before, the whole bike is a vector graphic, so each element of the image is fully alterable.

Ok great. One thing is they do not print existing logo's for existing companies. So we can't use the Suzuki "S" anywhere on the shirts. Take off the "S" and send it my way. I think i can open .ai files .... not sure on the fla but send anyways and i'll see. Paint shop pro is good, but doesnt open some file types. My originals are in .eps format.

Since I use Illustrator and Flash for most of my vector graphics, I don't know if I can dump these to an eps format, but I bet PSP can import a layered, if not vectored graphic. Here is another workup without the Suzuki logo.

Okay, one more and I'll stop.

This is more for the site than a shirt.

What if you were to take this design, remove the "S", make the bike white, the "GZ250.com" gray and put it on a black shirt? Or leave the colors the same and put it on a white shirt? It's a shame they have printing restrictions, though, because that design on a white shirt would look sweet!!! Or even to have that on the back, and a simpler design on the front would be awesome.
